1) Fans of the television show Whose Line is it Anyway (WLiiA), in it's british or american incarnation.

What does this mean? Well, simply put, if you're a fan of the show and adore it ... you're a Whoser already. Doesn't matter which messageboard, which version of the show, etc. etc. The name originated for fans of Whose line by the first major group on the internet, and that's how it remains - fans of whose line.
