Hullo, my name's Natalie (aka Lucinda or Susanna)and I'm a Whose-a-holic. It all started so innocently when my stepdad told me to go see a movie whose ramifications I did not yet understan, innocent thirteen-year-old that I was then! The movie was Enchanted April, with Josie. Half a year later, I saw the show. I was instantly hooked. It sounds so facile put that way, but it's true. I loved them all, you know, every last one of them, from Paul to Stephen to Jim to Tony. Yes, even Tony! But more than all of them I loved Richard. That beautiful man! Such genius for music - and despite the fact that he's a science type! Either way, I was then, suddenly, tragically, deprived of my drug. The show stopped coming on at a time at which I could see it, which has in turn resulted in my being slightly less rabid than most Whosers.

Still I remained faithful, and when I found this happy congregation of fellow addicts, I joined in immediately. I started the chat about half a year before it came into general existence, but I'm happy too see it took off so very well. When the convention was announced, I was one of the first to express interest, and there I met my dear sister Seasaidh (in our family, I am Siusaidh), and later I met my dear sister Siobhan. Without my loving group of Whosers I'd be lost, and I'd definitely not have as many contacts all over the world, including Australia, New Zealand (you know who you are), Canada, and last but certainly not least, Britain! I've had some fabulous times with all of you, and I hope they continue. The open (well, open to my lovely Whoser friends anyway) invitation to come and visit me in San Diego still stands, folks!

Hello, my name is Nick, and I am a Whoser. I first saw WLiiA on YTV here in Canada a couple of years ago (?) and immediately started watching it every day. I liked the show alot, though I didn't really worry about memorizing contestants' names or anything right away, and didn't even think anything bad of John Sessions at the time. I can't for the life of me remember how many eps I saw, or for how long, but eventually it was just gone.

Then I picked up on the show again not long after The Comedy Network premiered in Canada in September '97. I started getting into it more than I did the last time, forming opinions of my favourite contestants, starting to realize just want an arrogant git John Sessions was, and stuff like that.

I found Mark Longmuir's site while surfing on a PC at my Dad's tavern while visiting the parents for Christmas. I was very impressed, and thrilled that the show had a net presence. Shortly after I came back to Ottawa, I was reading Alison's boards and chatting on IRC.
