Memories

These memories have been contributed by different Whosers. They involve things remembered from messageboards, chats, real life meetings, trips, taping moments that didn't quite make it to your television sets, and more. These are things that stick out in the history of the whosers in each of their minds, and things that continue to happen and add to the fun! Take a look back to see what's happened ... or remember things you were there for too!

• Mark's WL Survivor. It was a pleasure reading and being a part of it.
• The infrequent posts from our favorite Whose Line contestants.
• Having people almost always respond to my posts (particularly Katie!), even when I haven't said that much. :-)

Ang (Gregsgirl)

• Being able to meet and spend time with a fellow kiwi whoser! Here's lookin' at u, Turts! ;o)
• Getting a tape of WL eps from the wonderness that is Dean! Another fellow kiwi whoser!
• WOOB NIGHT!
• any Susan moment! *g*
• Kerri making fun of my grnadparents ;o)
• Talking to Wayne Brady briefly online!
• Getting a msg from Colin online!
• Being able to be a part of the games played in chat, i must include in that one the part i played in Quick Change between Emile and Matt cause i thought that was hilarious.
• Turtles typos on their own qualify for this as well ;o) hehehehe
• meeting the action executive transvestite himself! Mr Eddie "what exactly is an evil giraffe?" Izzard!
• Having Whose Line plugged by Oliver in his show which heaps of people were at! We're spreading the word! ;o)
• there are probbly heaps more stored in my head but these are the ones that come to mind so last but not least having Trace the BN bandit princess go into freak-out mode when i told her i got Kevin Smiths auto for her ;o) lol plus other various New Xenaland moments like that.

Angie Hulme

• When jim meskimen actully took the time to write me a personal letter to thank me for some comment or other I made to him via his site because my e-mail didn't work.
• Playing Whose Line Online - and being the only Brit in the entire place!
• Getting Richard Vranch to be a spokesperson-type-thing for a volunteer project I was PR Officer on.
• Meeting him 4 times since.
• The looks I've got for yelling out thing like 'bondage whip' (unusual household object), 'misanthropy' (emotion) and 'Oriental puppet theatre' (theatre style) at the Comedy Store.
• Hanging out on all the boards and chats with Whoser guys.
• When I met my first Whoser in person.
• Watching the show over and over.
• Confusing the ENTIRE world with quotes from the show.
• Watching related things.
• Confusing the ENTIRE world with quotes from those too.
• Running my own version of Whose Line Online cos i got sick of being censored.
• Spending forever just contributing to and helping other Whosers out with their sites.
• Meeting Josie Lawrence for the first time after idolising her for 12 years.
• Josie thanking me for all the stuff i do on her website and confiding that she is actually a complete technophobe and chatting about other stuff too.

Ashley

• These are all tapings related for now. Ryan's Whoser HD..ok, so he didn't say our names, but it was still about us!!
• Any time a Whoser got on the show!!:)
• Getting picked for Moving People. I mean, wow!! Colin saying I could move Ryan..Ryan speaking to me....what could be better?? "Half a halleluyah!!" "I'm halfway there!!" "I'll go get some Germans to help us!" ::sigh::
• Being made fun of by both Ryan AND Colin while still in the audience!! Ryan actually heckled me!!! ::grrrr::
• That first time Colin waved at us!! wow!
• Colin blowing us kisses!
• Ryan staring at us while Natalie was up being sung to!
• Ryan and Colin walking off the stage when Drew said that Brad was the cutest!
• "Your waiter is in the bathroom, let me go get him!"
• Dan: "We'll be coming into the audience and getting two of you, NOT ASHLEY!!!, to come up here and play Moving People..."
• Drew: "20 points to Joel and 100 points to AShley for the shorts."
• Clive: "You're becoming an integral part of the show!!" "Oh you're back are you? The star of last night's show!!" "No. If anyone's getting hugged, it's going to be me!!!"
• Being with the Whosers:)
• "Let's get rid of hoe-down and do a bloody rap!!"
• The Colin Hoe-down!!!!!!! CLASSIC!!!
• Wayne's song to me, Ashley the Astronomy Student!!!!
• All the Dan insults!!! Ryan's middle finger and Colin's "exchange joke!"...
• The "Look like your pet" Home Shopping!!! That was SO MEAN!!! "So, I take it your pet was an ardvark??' lol!!

Jessica S.

• Seeing Greg Proops in Carolines comedy club and afterwards getting a chance to put my arm around him *g*
• Discussing the benefits of high taxes in Canada with a Canadian whoser over the phone and trying to convince said Whoser that New York City is a kind and gentle place.
• Making altered pictures and scaring/cracking up the people of #cmchat, Colin's room

Laura

• Finding out when I talk to my non-internet friends that W/L is one of their favorite shows.
• Getting a very nice e-mail response after writing to Wayne.
• When my sinuses were bad and I had no voice, I was attending a taping and called out a suggestion that was used (hasn't aired yet!). The louder I yelled, the smaller my voice got, as Drew kept asking me to repeat it. In the process, both Drew and Greg made fun of my squeaky voice. (yes, I think it was funny because I was sick of no voice too! I was not offended at all.)
• Seeing myself on TV attending a taping!
• Meeting some pretty decent people in person.

Lisa

• The day I posted about my Wayne crush was the day of his first visit. And he said I made him blush. Which, of course, made me blush :)
• After Jim Meskimen's post, he wrote to me and everyone who responded personally. I thought it was a great example of someone with class who appreciates his fans!
• Woob night!!!!! (#wliia chat)
• Floating in the gutter (a nightly routine) (#wliia chat)
• Classic game moments- my first ever game, Alphabet with Matt; being the subject of Bartender (I love you two guys. I really do); and the cooking show with Becky. There are a million more, but those are classic. (#wliia chat)
• Getting more Christmas cards from Whosers than the rest of my friends!
• General bonding with everyone (I'd list names, but it would take forever!)
• my lunch with my unspeakable husband, Joe, and his many photo albums ;)

Molle

• Finding the CMC and having insane conversations with various New Yorkers, Canadians, Californians and other Bostonians, among others.
• Sitting in the love machine in San Francisco.
• The Comedy Store. Nuff said.
• New Year's Eve 2000 at Cobbs.
• Meeting Greg Proops for the first time...and the second...and the third...
• Meeting Colin Mochrie
• And one thing I will take to my grave, one thing I'm unsufferably smug about, the title of my future autobiography...Making Greg Proops laugh.

• Colin writing 'sorry the sabres didn't win, ha ha' in my autograph and proving he knew who I was and that I was from buffalo and talking about the sabres.
• Meeting Shella at a taping of Open Mike and passing Eddie Izzard in the Lounge.

Sharilyn

• The Pheasant Plucker.
• The exhausing yet hyper walks to Brooke's house after STC tapings.
• Following Tim's directions.
• Crowding around a payphone on a dark, cold night in Hamilton to sing Happy Birthday to Ashley's mom.
• "Did you dye your hair?"
• "Does Brad entertain?"
• "...give away prizes like... shoe inserts."
• Chorus of "November 30, 1957!!!"
• "Happy hands! Happy hands!"
• Deciding that it should be a long weekend, on the grounds that "it's really nice out... and Sugar Mountain doesn't open until 11" (*grin* Jess).

Turtle (JJ)

• Meeting fellow kiwi whoser Ang...angiepoo...angiepangie pudding and pie..HOD Turtle;) That was cool fun...although I was still in bed when she came round *shock and horror* *giggle*
• Getting a letter back from The Greg...and a second one *swigh*
• Colin Emailing me back...now that was a pleasent surprise.
• Going into chat for the first time. Everyone thought I was Jess cause my nickname was her initials.LOL:) Smmal things amuse small minds hmm?:)
• Bringing Turtleness into the whoserdom chat world...ahhh I love ya Turtles!
• Being around whosers....they make me happy:) There's nothing like going into chat knowing you're guarranteed laughs, silliness, woobiness and toe-jams. Wait, cancel that last one. Plain old gutter fun I meant to say!
• Oh, and turning typos into terms...hehe
• "Is Emile a VERB now?" *snicker* *starts Emile-ing*
